Have you ever wondered what makes us go through the content that we see? As a person aspiring to write more, I have pondered over this constantly and have read extensively trying to understand.

What invokes enough interest that we continue through an article, an essay or a book right until the very end?

Of course you gravitate towards topics of interest, but I couldn’t help but notice that a few authors write in such a compelling way, that you will go through the whole content, feeling a little bit wiser as compared to when you started reading. Which means, if you really want to bring your point through so that the audience actually connects and understands what you write, you need much more than just good content.

To be fair, I am still just a beginner writer on Medium and more often than not, write articles only in the area of technology. Makes me the least authorized person to write an article on explaining points about how to write. But I do aspire to cover a wider range of topics in order to develop a flexibility and a multi-dimensional perspective whenever I write.
